ABOUT ME
I am a firm believer in the power of Pilates for so much more than just fitness, it is a tool to aid complete physical and mental wellbeing.
My passion is to help people, everyone is different and everyone is seeking fitness for different reasons. I believe that movement is medicine and consistence is key. I also believe that successful exercise should combine a strong body and a strong mind. Pilates focuses on a strong muscle to mind connection which makes each movement very powerful.
